The returned products you want to replace are at your own expense (return offer: Post).

As soon as receives the returned parcel, you will be sent a new, the one you choose.

Expected return and change time: 7-15 days


The return of each product must be made within fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase. Please attach the change card you will find in the delivery package, a copy of the delivery page’s home page, or a copy of the order receipt for the original order. For each change, the customer pays only the return shipping costs, while assumes the cost of sending the product to the customer. You have to choose the products you are interested in. New products must be at least equivalent to those returned.

Refund: agrees to return the product within five days of receipt by the customer. In case of reimbursement of the transport costs, the return of the product is at the expense of the customer. The returned product must meet all the conditions described above.

Replacement warranty:

All products meet strict quality criteria and are presented in the most objective way possible. If any of the products you are disappointed about because it is against the performance or display of quality discrepancy, you can request immediate replacement with another one of your choice!
